ClaimWatch is a B2B mining claim intelligence platform operated by ChoraQuest, LLC. It generates due diligence, site selection, and regional prospecting reports for U.S. unpatented mining claims using data from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Mining and Land Records System (MLRS), the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), and the Public Land Survey System (PLSS).
Intellectual Property
All site content, design, graphics, and source code are the property of ChoraQuest, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
BLM, USGS, and other federal government data used by ClaimWatch is in the public domain and is not subject to copyright.
Report deliverables generated through our services become the property of the client upon full payment for the applicable service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of this website, its servers, or any systems connected to it.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of ClaimWatch shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Atlanta, Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
ChoraQuest, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
