- Area of interest — a lat/long bounding box, county name, mining district, township/range/section, or just a general area description.
- State(s) — which western state(s) the area falls in.
- Report type — Area Check (due diligence), Regional Prospecting & Site Selection, or Claim Change Tracking.
- Attachments — shapefiles, KML/KMZ, coordinate lists, or reference maps if available. Not required.
- Timeline — any deadline or urgency we should know about.
