ClaimWatch is a product of ChoraQuest, LLC (https://choraquest.com), a Georgia limited liability company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Built by a 20+ year mineral title and GIS specialist, ClaimWatch automates the research and reporting workflow for U.S. federal unpatented mining claims -- delivering complete intelligence packages to mining operators, geologists, landmen, mineral title attorneys, and exploration companies working in the United States.

## Coverage
United States only. ClaimWatch covers BLM-administered public land states and does not cover non-U.S. jurisdictions.

- BLM Mineral and Land Records System (MLRS) -- live unpatented claim records
- USGS mining district polygons
- BLM CadNSDI PLSS data -- section, township, range, and aliquot geometry

## Why ClaimWatch Exists
U.S. mineral title data is fragmented across multiple unconnected systems -- federal unpatented claims in BLM MLRS, state mineral leases in 30 separate state systems, patented claims in county recorder offices, and tribal lands under separate BIA administration. Unlike Australia (MinView, GeoVic), Canada (Mineral Titles Online), South Africa (SAMRAD), Chile (SERNAGEOMIN), or Peru (GEOCATMIN), the United States has no centralized national mining cadastre. ClaimWatch is the intelligence layer that bridges this fragmentation; ChoraQuest's professional services are the title-grade layer above it.
